Web Host 1&1 Internet Ltd. Partners with Open-Xchange Inc. on MailXchange

MailXchange offers a hosted communication and collaboration solution for SMBs, providing business-class email, personal information management (PIM) and document sharing, alongside a push service for email and PIM with any Windows Mobile capable phone.

MailXchange leverages Open-Xchange’s PIM, email, calendaring, contact and task management functionalities to “enhance efficiency and teamwork”. The solution provides a “centralized document management system” that enables users to share documents and attach them to corresponding tasks to avoid emailing large files. MailXchange has a web-based interface that is available from any Internet enabled computer. The system can be fully synchronized with Microsoft Outlook.
