Liquid Web has appointed Amar Patel as Head of Global Sales and Solutions. Liquid Web, which was established in 1997, has headquarters in Lansing, Michigan, United States and operates three wholly-owned data centers including a location in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. The company prides itself on ‘Heroic Support’ and alongside more standard hosting offerings, caters to around 30,000 customers with services that extend to managed dedicated server hosting, VPS hosting, and cloud servers. Mr. Patel will “play an integral role in the company's San Antonio office growth”.
Mr. Patel, a 13-year technology veteran, has expertise in AWS Managed Services and prior to joining Liquid Web was Chief Revenue Officer at San Francisco, California-based TenFold. He previously held the Vice President of Global Sales position at Rackspace for North America and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At Liquid Web he will be responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s sales strategy. His arrival coincides with Liquid Web’s announcement that they are expanding premises in San Antonio.
