Arvixe has partnered with image hosting script provider Chevereto. The company, whose services include shared, VPS, Linux, reseller and ASP.NET hosting, alongside dedicated server and shopping cart hosting options, formed the partnership to enable its customers to offer image hosting on servers they rent.
Established in 2003, Arvixe caters to a broad customer base which includes bloggers, developers, and small business owners. Its services also offer unlimited bandwidth, storage space, and data transfer and utilize the cPanel control panel, which allows users to set up email accounts, sub-domains, and databases. The company offers Windows and Linux servers with packages that start at as little as $4 per month.
This is the first time the company has ventured into providing photo sharing and hosting services. Through its partnership Arvixe will offer customers a package that includes a server with a free domain name, and a free Chevereto license, and full Chevereto support. The new “Arvixe Offer” offers users a $70 “core” Chevereto license hosting package with “lifetime” updates and customer care.
