April 27, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Web hosting services provider Brinkster announced today that they are offering a free domain names ‘for life’ with purchase of a web hosting plan. With the promotion customers can select up to seven domain names (depending on the plan chosen) with the extensions: .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us, and .ws.

Customers have the option of signing up for the $4.95 a month Personal Plan with three free domain names, the $7.95 a month Professional Plan with four free domain names, or the $17.95 a month Developer Plan with seven free domain names.
There are three main concerns that occur with domain names: yearly renewals, hijacking of un-renewed domain names, and the registration of domain names in other extensions by the competition. The free domain names for life promotion helps solve these concerns by automatically renewing the domain names, and by giving customers multiple free domain names to register.
