Web Host GoDaddy Announces New Cloud Server Options for India’s SMBs
Web host GoDaddy Inc. (GoDaddy) has announced new cloud server options for India’s Small and Midsize Businesses (SMBs). GoDaddy, which has headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, is a globally recognized brand which was established in 1997. The company offers a range of services, each providing solutions for companies of a range of sizes which require a web presence. It offers the tools companies need to design and create a website, and of course provides web hosting. GoDaddy is also recognized as one of the leading domain name providers globally, managing around 63 million domain names.

Listed of the New York Stock Exchange, GoDaddy has for a number of years been involved in global expansion, localizing its services. It offers support in a number of Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi and Tamil. This gives the company access to a market that includes 31 million small businesses.

“We offer cloud servers and cloud applications to SMB customers at 50 paise per hour (roughly 0.0015 cents an hour)” explained Rajiv Sodhi, the Managing Director of GoDaddy India. “The new offerings are designed to help web developers to build, test and scale cloud solutions for their SMB customers at the earliest”. He also added, “Our ‘pay-as-you-go’ utility billing provides flexibility and control of hourly billing and monthly limit making it affordable for customers”.
