NaviSite has partnered with
EdgeCast Networks, it was reported recently. The companies will work on delivering a “next-generation” content delivery portfolio using EdgeCast's CDN platform. The new NaviSite content delivery portfolio will include “a mix of CDN-based services such as caching, electronic file delivery, streaming of rich media, web portal and API tools, auto provisioning, advanced real-time reporting, and continuous support”.
