Neostrada has adopted solutions provided by email security company SpamExperts. The company, whose headquarters are in Lelystad, Netherlands, was founded nearly a decade ago and is recognized as “one of the largest and fastest growing hosting providers in the Netherlands”. The move is intended to safeguard its customers from IP blacklisting and to safeguard the company’s networks. Neostrada has also joined SpamExperts' Hosting Partner Program.
Neostrada caters to around 30,000 customers with a wide range of web hosting packages that include reseller hosting, cloud servers, domain name registration and SSL Certificate options. The company has implemented SpamExperts’ Outgoing Filtering options hosted in their Local Cloud. SpamExperts offers solutions to shared web hosts and other organizations including ISPs and telecommunication companies. Also a Dutch company, SpamExperts has headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Its inbound and outbound email filtering technology is complemented by email archiving options. SpamExperts services can run within its "Hosted Cloud" or in its customers' virtual hardware-based clouds.
“In the past, we were experiencing problems with blacklisting because some of our customers were still using an IP which had already been hacked,” explained the CEO of Neostrada, Mark Fritz. “Unfortunately, there are more and more websites being hacked and mailbox passwords stolen by spammers. Luckily for us, since we implemented SpamExperts Outgoing Filtering, the spam level has fallen to a minimum. This saves us a lot of time in the renumbering of the mail servers on a daily basis”.
