PEER 1 Hosting, Inc. (TSX: PIX), today announced the launch of CloudOne Storage, a scalable cloud storage product for web hosting customers, powered by EMC® Atmos TM.
Built on the best-of-breed EMC Atmos storage platform, CloudOne provides customers with flexible, pay-as-you-go online storage for data files and rich media from $0.15 per GB per month. Customers can upload, store and manage unlimited data through a control panel or via the standards compliant Application Programming Interface (API) - the web-based interface for file management and application deployment.
Existing PEER 1 Hosting customers adopting CloudOne will benefit from free bandwidth for data transfer to and from servers and storage through the globally load balanced, highly redundant SuperNetworkTM 10GB backbone, plus FirstCall SupportTM providing a unified cloud solution with one support team.
