Web Host Servers Australia Acquires the Server and Cloud Hosting Business of 100% Australian Technology Company Axelera
Web host Servers Australia has acquired the server and cloud hosting business of 100% Australian technology company Axelera. Servers Australia, which has headquarters in Tuggerah, New South Wales, Australia, offers a range of products and services including cloud hosting, dedicated and virtual servers, and colocation. The company has a presence at locations throughout Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. It also has a presence in New Zealand. Financial aspects of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Axelera, which has headquarters in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, strives to "simplify the technology puzzle many businesses can face". The company has one of the largest public cloud platforms in Australia. It offers Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions that extend to public and private cloud solutions, cloud storage, business continuity, cloud-based disaster recovery and hosted software solutions.

"Servers Australia sees this as a great fit for our business as we can support and expand the Cloud platform that Axelera have built and extend this further into the Servers Australia eco-system,” explained Servers Australia in a statement.

The acquisition comes on the heels of Servers Australia's acquisition of OzServers in September of this year and underscores its aim of becoming "the largest privately owned dedicated hosting provider in Australia".
