Tilaa has announced it has achieved NEN 7510 and ISAE3402 certification. Tilaa, which has headquarters in Woerden, Netherlands, specializes in “VPS hosting in the European business cloud” and services that offer a 99.99% uptime guarantee for the company’s core network. The company also announced that it has successfully navigated its annual PCI-DSS, ISO27001 and ISO 9001 certification.
NEN7510 is an information security standard that applies to companies involved with healthcare organizations. Published in June 2011, ISAE3402 is an international assurance standard that covers reporting by accountants and related organizations. By submitting to annual investigation by external auditors and achieving this certification, Tilaa underscores its commitment to cloud safety and security values. The certification will also make Tilaa “more interesting for financial institutes and care organizations”.
“As a cloud provider of omnichannel KCC services to credit card companies, health care insurance and online mortgage advisors, this accreditation will give us an additional competitive advantage,” explained Mr. Michael Borchers, a managing partner of Larensa, a Tilaa customer. “The fact that Tilaa is taking forward action in this process does not only confirm our choice for Tilaa, but also enables us to offer our services to companies who were out of reach previously.”
