Vastspace.net has partnered with IT management software company SmarterTools. The company, which is based in Singapore, offers a range of hosting services to businesses of all sizes. These services include secure cloud servers, Linux VPS, dedicated servers, shared hosting, and hosted email. The company prides itself on “uptime and quick technical support” and an “emphasis on security awareness”. The partnership makes the company an authorized SmarterTools software reseller.
Established in 2003, SmarterTools Inc. has headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. The company specializes in Windows mail server, SEO software, customer service software, and Web log analytics software. The partnership sees Vastspace.net lease SmarterTools’ solutions including the SmarterMail mail server (a Microsoft Exchange alternative), SmarterTrack (a help desk application that tracks, manages, and reports on customer service and communications), and SmarterStats (a Web log analytics and SEO software solution).
"Vastspace.net has been offering SmarterTools products to our customers,” explained Mr. Martin Chan, the company’s CTO. “With this partnership, individuals and small business customers are benefited by SmarterTools software for as little as $15 on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription-based pricing model is versatile and has drastically reduced upfront investments."
