YourHost has been acquired by Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (PSPinc). Your Host, which has headquarters in Fountain Valley, California, United States, was established in 1997. The company provides high-quality website hosting and internet solutions that include ecommerce and email options alongside web design services. The company specializes in providing ShopSite ecommerce shopping carts and also offers “email marketing, streaming media, and web analytics” options. Financial aspects of PSPinc’s acquisition were not released.
PSPinc, which has headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, United States, was established in 1987. The company caters to the technology needs of a range of businesses. It specializes in offering reliable and affordable web and email hosting that is supported by “fast, powerful servers” located in the company’s data center. PSPinc also offers web development and domain name registration services. The is the seventh acquisition it has made in 13 years. By acquiring YourHost PSPinc adds 40,000 global customers to its books.
