Open-Xchange and The Endurance International, it was announced today.
The suppliers of business-class emails and the providers of domains, hosting and online services, respectively, will bring communications and collaborations to over 2 million Endurance customers through the agreement.
SaaS Company, Open-Xchange provides messaging and collaboration cloud suits, and at the end of 2011 was supporting more than 42 million users. With their latest collaboration they will now gain an extra 10 million email accounts.
Founder and MD, Philbert Shih, commented on their new acquaintances, saying, “Endurance has one of the largest bases of online small-business customers in the world. This is a very significant strategic win for Open-Xchange,” he said.
“Endurance will greatly benefit from being able to offer its customers the next generation of Open-Xchange, which will include significant new changes to the user experience when introduced later this year.”
The German-based company integrates email, contact and task management with advanced collaboration and social network integration.
