January 22, 2007 (HOSTSEARCH.COM) Web hosting provider Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc., or AIT, (http://www.ait.com) has increased the resources available through its web hosting plans, the company announced recently. As an example of the increase, the companys hosting plan directed at small businesses now offers 100 GB of disk space and 1000 GB of data transfer.
Web hosting has become a commoditized market, explained Sean McCoy, AITs Chief Marketing Officer. The difference in providers for web site owners is in the value; what do they get for their monthly service fees? At AIT, every plan comes complete with tons of free stuff like virus scanning, spam and fraud protection, stats programs, tech support libraries; oh, and did I forget to mention 24x7 Customer Service Support?
The Internet has grown, the type customer we see has changed and the challenges facing that customer have also changed, added AITs CEO and Founder, Mr. Clarence E. Briggs, III. Security and marketing tools, collaboration capability, file storage and search features are not nice-to-haves they are must-haves. They are an integral part of doing business for companies in any industry.
