October 16, 2006 (HOSTSEARCH.COM) Web hosting provider Bonphire will expand its dedicated server options by adding a new Assisted Service Plan, the company announced today. Billed as a professional IT solution without the traditional costs, Bonphires new plan provides substantial support with the companys technical support staff addressing issues like patches, backups, monitoring and vulnerability assessments. The Assisted Service Plan is added to the companys dedicated hosting accounts during the purchase process.
"The new Assisted Service Plan sets Bonphire apart from the rest. We will offer our customers personalized administration and maintenance of their servers. Our customers will be able to shift a large part of their I.T. Operations to us, enabling them to focus on their core business," explained Martin Rorch of Bonphire.
In addition to the support available, the purchase of a service contract offers a range of add-on services which include security scans, backup and recovery, monitoring and escalation management. The company also offers custom engineering options and consulting billed at a flat hourly rate.
