April 29, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Cbeyond Communications, Inc., (http://www.cbeyond.net) whose suite of managed services includes web hosting, has announced that agreements entered into in conjunction with its initial public offering are being extended until May 27, 2006. Sales of the previously restricted shares may take place on Tuesday, May 30, 2006.
The initial lock-up period was to expire on April 30, 2006 but Cbeyond’s underwriting agreement automatically extends an additional 18-day lock-up period after Cbeyond's quarterly earnings press release and enables analysts to publish research on the company after a period fifteen days before and after the lock-up when they are prohibited from publishing such research. The company recently it will release first quarter 2006 financial results on May 9, 2006.
Atlanta-based Cbeyond provides integrated voice, mobile and broadband packages to businesses in the USA. Alongside web hosting, the company’s services include local and long-distance voice, mobile and broadband Internet access, voicemail, email, fax-to-email, data backup, file-sharing and VPN.
