Web Hosting Provider ComfortHost.NET Takes Over Core-Fusion.net

March 21, 2007
March 21, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider ComfortHost.NET has taken over free hosting community Core-Fusion.net, (http://www.core-fusion.net), it was announced yesterday. According to the company, the purpose of the acquisition was to create ComfortHost’sown free hosting branch. The company will “invest heavily” in marketing Core-Fusion.net to reach profitability “as fast as possible”.

"This is an important move in ComfortHost.NET strategy,” suggested a ComfortHost spokesman. “After several months of organic growth, we are entering a new market that is post2host. And even if we are new to the market, our projections estimate we can double revenue from Core-Fusion.net in the next 6 months, while finding synergies between the post2host and the paid hosting business. This makes the venture really interesting."

"Core-Fusion.net is too small to be profitable and is at a significant financial risk.” Added the spokesman. “ComfortHost.NET will provide the financial stability the business needs, even invest in marketing and SEO for Core-Fusion.net, so the community grows big enough to be on his own. In the long term, we see Core-Fusion.net.net as the entry level to our paid hosting services. A lot of people cannot afford to pay hosting when it setups a forum or website. To that market is where Core-Fusion.net is targeted. We expect that the successful Core-Fusion.net users will move eventually to paid hosting services as their websites grow and generate enough revenue."

Established in 2003, ComfortHost recently surpassed the 1000 domains registered mark and with this acquisition, the company will provide services both to entry-level users and high quality hosting services.
