The software is available to the company’s new and existing customers and is available at no additional charge. WHMCS provides “automated, flexible and easy-to-use client management and billing for web hosts and online businesses”.

WHMCS offers a range of features including a support ticket system, knowledge base, downloads area and server status overview. It automatically creates, suspends and terminates accounts while providing “complete automated billing processes with accounting features and reports”.
Alongside its WHMCS offer, Host Gator has dropped the prices of its shared hosting plans and increased disk space and bandwidth.
