October 9, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider LaGarde (http://www.storefront.net) has announced a new virtual dedicated server service geared for ecommerce – StoreFront VDS. According to the company the service offers the benefits of dedicated hosting at a price appropriate for SMBs.
The configuration of LaGarde’s servers enables multiple customers to use the server hardware without sharing server software. Each VDS account has a directory structure and offers StoreFront – a dedicated ecommerce application. Each individual StoreFront can be rebooted without affecting other VDSs on the server.
