March 29, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hostng provider Server Intellect (http://www.serverintellect.com/) announced yesterday its acquisition of Application Hosting provider ValiantHost (http://www.valianthost.com), a company that specializes in hosting FogBugz - a web-based application that allows software development teams to organize and track software bugs. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
According to the company, ValiantHost’s customers will be “transitioned to the Server Intellect brand” and immediately benefit from Server Intellect’s technical support resources including 24/7/365 helpdesk support and toll-free telephone support.
“Server Intellect has a rich history of looking toward the future and actively implementing hosting solutions that will strategically benefit our customers, both for today and tomorrow,” explained Server Intellect’s Managing Director, Eric Pratt. “By further developing our line of Application Hosting solutions, we hope to empower our developer customers with a technology that enables them to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.”
