April 26, 2007 (HOSTSEARCH.COM) Web hosting provider Streamline.Net (http://www.streamline.net) is struggling to meet demand for its new dedicated server range, the company announced yesterday. According to the company, demand has seriously outstripped supply, despite Streamlines purchase of a large number of servers.
This really took us by surprise. We knew there was demand for dedicated hosting at rock bottom prices but I think weve all been taken by surprise at the level of interest in the new product line, explained Streamline.Nets CEO Mr. Andrew Dollamore. Weve sold over double the number of servers anticipated in the first week which has caused a serious issue. However, we have now bolstered stock levels and everything is thankfully back on track.
Streamline.Net manages around 100,000 domain names for 60,000 customers around the world. According to the company, they add around 200 domains to their servers on a daily basis. The company is also active motor racing sponsors, providing sponsorship for the Aston Martin GT3 team.
