According to the company, the service is designed to enable customers to establish and improve the efficiency of “mission-critical ebusiness operations, and to reduce their risk of failed Internet transactions and loss of revenue”. The service utilizes 10 monitoring stations worldwide that monitor uptime / downtime and availability.
UnitSpeed Host also suggested it employs, “advanced verification technology to eliminate false alarms”. The system provides notifications to users via SMS or email to provide notification of when a website or server is experiencing difficulties.
UnitSpeed Host is a subsidiary of W.I.T - Group Denmark and maintains datacenters in the USA, Europe and Asia.
