Web Hosting Tutorial Provider DemoWolf Announces Private Nameserver Voice Tutorials

March 13, 2007
March 13, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting tutorial provider DemoWolf (http://www.demowolf.com) has launched Private Nameserver voice tutorials, the company announced yesterday. The Flash-based Voice/Audio tutorials cover creating private nameservers at 15 of the most popular domain name registrars.

According to the company, the new Private Nameserver tutorials are “ideal for web hosting companies who allow their customers to setup their own private nameservers, and wish to reduce the number of support calls asking for help on how to do just that”.

"We continue to expand our voice/audio tutorial inventory”, explained Rob Moore, President of DemoWolf. "Web hosting companies who have not yet seen or heard our voice/audio line of flash-based tutorials really should do so, because only then will they understand just how much professional quality the audio dimension adds to the tutorials.”

DemoWolf has been in operation since 2005 and its support tutorials - now over 1,000 – can be branded for any hosting company and provide the first layer of customer service for web hosting customers. The tutorials enable hosting users to educate themselves and deal with their own queries without resorting to customer service, translating into savings for a hosting company. The company’s new Private Nameservers Voice tutorials come as a set of 15 and cover registrars such as Network Solutions, Register.com, GoDaddy.com, Dotster.com, Enom.com, and OpenSRS.
