The company’s 12 Flash-based voice tutorials are designed to offer a first line of customer service for web hosting providers who offer phpMyAdmin.
"We have developed these voice/audio narrated phpMyAdmin tutorials at the request of our customers," explained DemoWolf’s President, Mr. Rob Moore. "People are requesting voice versions of our tutorials more frequently, as they see the added value in having audio narration help their customers through the demonstrations.”
DemoWolf's "Voice Tutorials" are similar to the company’s standard offering except of course that they provide voice/audio narration. The tutorials were recorded by professional voice artists and are part of a suite of 1,100 tutorials the company offers web hosts, each of which a provider can brand as its own. Currently tutorials cover areas such as cPanel, Helm, H-Sphere, Plesk, Virtuozzo, SeverCP, Direct Admin, phpMyAdmin, FTP, Email, and SmarterMail, and several DNS. The tutorials are available in Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch and Spanish.
