Web Host Weberz Hosting Acquires Relio Hosting |

July 18, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Portland web hosting company Weberz Hosting has acquired Relio Hosting (http://www.relio.com), it was announced yesterday. Relio, a privately held UK-based company, provides H-Sphere-based hosting and has been a “long-term partner” of Weberz.
"We are committed to improving the overall hosting experience by giving our clients the web hosting tools, features, security, and support they deserve," explained Weberz System Administrator, Robert Rolfe. "We are very excited about the acquisition of Relio and our continued commitment to offer superior support and service to our ever-growing community of users. This acquisition helps further set us apart from other H-Sphere based web hosting companies. "From the start, we have developed deep synergies between the two companies; in compatible technologies, operations and systems, rich histories of creativity and more importantly, an overall mission to ensure complete client satisfaction."
Relio Hosting’s customers will gain access to Weberz’ US-based toll-free phone support services, and other services that include dedicated server availability and ColdFusion support (which will be available in the near future). There will be no service interruption for either sets of customers as a result of the acquisition. "We are working to make the transition as seamless as possible for existing Relio clients," added Mr. Rolfe. "They can continue using their existing web hosting plans and also now have access to the many great benefits of Weberz.
