Web Hosting Provider WebFaction Adds Drupal and Joomla to One-click Installer
February 13, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider WebFaction (http://www.webfaction.com) has added Drupal and Joomla to its one-click installer, the company announced recently. Drupal and Joomla are both popular Content Management Systems (CMSs) and both available as Open Source.
WebFaction has created a “screencast demo” showing its customers how to setup a Drupal or Joomla site. The new solutions fit alongside other Open Source applications available through WebFaction’s packages that include Ruby on Rails and WordPress.
Established in 2003, WebFaction offers a range of shared hosting options available through a proprietary control panel designed for “for small to medium websites”. The company also offers dedicated server options, has an affiliate program and offers web design and development services.
