SiteLock has been recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Arizona, United States. SiteLock, which has headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, was established in 2008. The company’s software protects around six million websites around the world. Its services extend to malware scanning and vulnerability detection and automatic malware removal. The company was selected for the ‘2017 azcentral.com Top Companies to Work for in Arizona’ listing.
Managed by azcentral.com and Republic Media, the awards were presented at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona on June 29, 2017. To be considered the company took part in a two-part assessment process which was conducted by ‘Best Companies Group’ (BCG) – an independent workplace research firm. BCG gave employees an ‘Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey’ that covered benefits, HR policies and other things employers do for employees’ benefits.
Companies were measured against a number of criteria - Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement. Winners averaged an overall favorable rate of 90 percent and an overall employee engagement score of 92 percent.
