NCC Sells Dedicated Hosting Company Website Source
May 1, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – New Commerce Communications, Inc. (NCC – http://www.com-broker.com) has sold dedicated hosting company Website Source (http://www.websitesource.com), it was reported yesterday. The company was acquired by Alentus Corporation (http://www.alentus.com).
"We completed the acquisition in what we consider a quick timeframe," explained CEO of Alentus Corporation, Mr. William King. "This is due to the faith of our lenders and the detailed information NCC provides to firms such as ours." The acquisition adds $2.6M in annual revenue to Alentus and an additional 14,000 clients.
Founded in 1994, New Commerce Communications, Inc. is a leading M&A firm serving the Internet industry. The company specializes in the sale of web hosting companies, data centers, CLECs, ISPs and associated firms. The company has completed over 200 assignments and is currently representing Internet firms with annual revenues up to $10 million.
