New Website Buys Unprofitable Web Hosting Businesses

June 25, 2007 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - A new website is promising to buy unprofitable web hosting businesses from their owners, it was announced recently. According to WeBuyHostingCompanies.com (http://webuyhostingcompanies.com) they offer a “new buyout option” that “makes the selling process a fast, friendly and fair one.”

With more than an estimated 170 million web hosts on the Internet, competition is extremely fierce and the web hosting industry has more than its share of company closures. According to WeBuyHostingCompanies.com, closing a company is an expensive and time-consuming affair and provides its service to simplify the issue. The company operates differently to sales brokers as they have developed a network of contacts looking to buy web hosts and therefore already have buyers in the pipeline when a potential buyer approaches them. The company also claims to have enough cash reserves dedicated to buying web hosts that it is able to turnaround a purchase transaction in 7 days or less.

WeBuyHostingCompanies.com charges no commissions for its service and generates revenue from reselling a purchased company at a profit. An appraisal of the value of a host is available as a service through the company’s website. The same website states that once an appraisal has been issued, the company will “see to it that you get one or more alternatives for your company. But you are always free to simply say "No thanks", and we'll walk away. No pressure, no nagging.”
