WP Engine has announced the launch of ‘Page Performance’. WP Engine, which has headquarters in Austin, Texas, United States, was established in 2010. The company, which also has facilities in London, United Kingdom, caters to around 47,000 customers worldwide by offering a range of managed hosting service for websites and apps that leverage the WordPress CMS. The company’s new Page Performance offering offers users a range of “actionable insights” for their websites.
Page Performance is web page speed performance tool that is accessible through WP Engine’s customers’ account control panels. Its introduction is a response to customer requirements for a tool that offers recommendations for website optimization. The tool allows users to “quickly and dramatically” increase website page speeds.
With marginally slower websites resulting in fewer page views, poor user experience and reduced conversion rates, WP Engine’s Page Performance will offer customers a practical means of improving their bottom lines and improving Google rankings. The solution offers metrics on any page alongside a report on a site’s performance.
