DreamHost has announced that some of its ‘DreamPress’ Package customers will receive Automattic’s Jetpack Professional at no additional cost. With headquarters in Los Angeles, California, United States, DreamHost’s DreamPress managed WordPress option sits alongside a range of services that include shared hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and dedicated hosting. The company also offers domain name registration services. Jetpack Professional will be made available to the company’s DreamPress Plus and DreamPress Advanced customers.
Automattic, which has headquarters in San Francisco, California, United States, is the company behind WordPress – the Internet’s leading Content Management System (CMS). WordPress started life as a blogging platform but has morphed into a solution for basic blogs right up to the most complex of enterprise sites. Jetpack helps WordPress users to increase traffic and view their site statistics more easily. Jetpack also speeds up WordPress sites and helps protect sites from hackers. The solution is usually made available to DreamHost customers at a cost of $299 per year. It has been made available to both current and new DreamPress Plus and Advanced customers.
