UK Internet Service Provider Zen Internet Offers New Broadband Options
August 22, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – UK Internet Service Provider (ISP), Zen Internet (http://www.zenbroadband.com), has announced the launch of a new business-grade Broadband Service Level Guarantee the company is calling “Zen Enhanced Care”. The new option is available through all Zen Broadband services including 8Mb, Zen 8000 Lite and Zen Office 8000 Max. The service offers guaranteed support team response and guaranteed issue resolution times.
Discussing the move Iain Johnstone, Zen’s Sales and Partner Programme Manager commented,” This service is being launched to meet demand from customers who consider Service Level Agreements an important safeguard in support of their business activity. We are pleased that we can now extend this to their Internet connectivity giving them an even greater level of security across all aspects of their business."
The new service commits Zen to a one working hour response time for all technical support issues and a sixteen working hour resolution time for all faults originating in Zen’s supplied DSL circuit or within the Zen network. The service is available for a minimum 1 month period.
