Web Hosting Provider Zen Internet Helps Teachers’ Charity Cycling Tour
July 20, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Zen Internet, whose services include web hosting, is helping a teacher involved in a charity cycling tour, it was announced yesterday. The company is supporting Business Studies teacher Tony Ashworth who will cycle 12,000 miles around the world in a bid to raise funds for UK-based charity, Springhill Hospice. His quest starts today.
Zen Internet has an “ongoing commitment” to Springhill Hospice, hence their involvement in Mr. Ashworth’s project. It is great to add a technical element to increase donations for this tour,” explained Mr. Ashworth.
“At Zen we work to promote Corporate and Social responsibility across all levels and projects like this, with a link to a local charity like Springhill, allow us to develop this further,” added Zen Internet’s HR Manager, Caroline Taylor. “Being able to offer a website hosting service in addition to a cash donation allows us to bring in our business expertise to help those involved in the cycling tour.”
