Web Hosting Review:	Appaling service, suspended account without warning, because I I allegedly didn't give them up to date card details, which I did. They didn't contact me at all to inform me of this, just suspended my account and sent the bailiffs round. Unbelievable.

Web Hosting Review:	Their customer support lies to their customers and they reboot your server without being requested to do so and without letting you know. Don't waist your money. Server is down for 2 hrs daily.

Web Hosting Review:	The greatest disappointment so far. The most unprofessional customer support. The customer service rep. actually asked me to e-mail them my logs for the previous eek so they could figure out what the problem was ))) 1.2 Gb through e-mail. Right? I'm done.

Web Hosting Review:	Very bad support, they never actually repair anything or even look into it and support staff are foreign so they cant understand you anyway (that�s if you eventually get through to them on the phone). Server speeds are slow. lots of customers complaining

Web Hosting Review:	Very good and reliable host, especially if you don't need a lot of support. Also great value for money, especially for domain names. So, if you e.g. sell/park domains through their sister company Sedo.com, nobody has a better deal for cheap .com domains.

Web Hosting Review:	1&1 without warning suspended my fully paid up account. After hours on a premium rate help line number they are still unable to resolve the issue. Meanwhile i lose customers every day. Avoid it like the plague
