Zero support. Online cancellation form does not work, and they don't respond to emails. They're a black hole. Having a lot of trouble cancelling my account with them.

Absolutely horrible! Stay away! They close out tickets and do not fix the problem, cart32 is always down, billing rep hung up on me when I called for help, customer service NEVER answers the phone, and emails bounce back. Leaving this company!
