Cheap but slow
You get what you pay for with these guys, I got a VPS off them just as a third nameserver, it's not offline very often but is ultra slow. Network speed isn't too bad but judging by the speed of my barebones system they totally oversell their systems.

So far so good. Would recommend with caveats.
Picked up 2x $9/yr OVZ VPSes 256MB/10GB. So far, no problems. Support tickets handled reasonably quickly (PTR records/sep nodes). The only downside, was the IPs were on many mail blacklists, some not easy to find/delist, which can limit usefulness.

very poor service
I bought a virtual machine. After 2 days it stopped working. I opened a ticket. After 4 days the problem has not been solved yet. The staff said they can't predict when the problem will be solved. The service is really poor.

Stay away from these guys
I call it the bait and switch. When you first start its all good and eventually your website will get really slow and in my case will just go offline and online and their support is crappy i'm in the process with paypal to get a refund

Scum!
A VPS I bought from this "hosting provider" is not responsive, support tickets I send them are just being closed (yes, they don't even bother to write an answer — just close them), PayPal wouldn't open a dispute. So practically these guys stole my $25.

81% uptime BE AWARE
Signed up two months ago and have now had 3 different IPS assigned. Website has been down 1.5 weeks out of the two months I have been a member.
Support is very slow and when they do respond they seldom offer direct answers to questions.
