Web Hosting Review:	So many email problems. Our email goes down for days at a time and receive poor technical support. Close tickets when the problem is not resolved. Email down for 17 hours yesterday and I received no explanation. Looking for a new host.

Pros:	They have the most superb support staff - extremely prompt, helpful, and informative. I can't speak of them highly enough.
Cons:	Prefers limited mp3 downloads even with copyright ownership.

Pros:	Far to many to mention in 150 characters. One of the best packages available.
Cons:	If there was something, their communication could be a little better.

Pros:	Lots of space and features for the buck - hard to beat!
Cons:	I wish their technical support line was open later (i.e. 9pm EST)

Pros:	No other hosting company compares for value/price. Their support helpdesk is ever helpful, and very knowledgeable. Very forward-thinking people!
Cons:	Some more code tutorials would be helpful, but that's a very minor "problem".
