Pros:	Topnotch, hosted three sites in the last four years with never a problem.
Cons:	If you want slow customer service when needed THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

Pros:	You can not beat the price for what you get! My site is very large, and the 550 MB space is great!
Cons:	Occasional downtime, though for very short times. Tech support takes 1 to 2 days, but very helpful.

Once you migrate your site over to our new Windows 2003 servers you will experience the power and reliability of our new data center and servers. Pros:	Reliable. Always up. Quick answers.
Cons:	Changed their plan so you don't get as much bandwidth now.
Company Response:	In order to continue to provide the always up reliable service that we are known for, we did have to change from our former unmetered bandwidth policy to 20Gb/month for all new accounts and renewing accounts. Of course, along with this change came faster, more secure Windows 2003 servers, a new control panel, new version of LiveStats and many additional advanced features that our old Win 2k plan didn't have. We believe you will enjoy the new servers!

Pros:	They are good at cheating and turning down customers
Cons:	A lot of down times. The system is unsecure and was hacked. Days of downtime, poor tech support.

This former customer is reacting to that and is not truthful about security, downtime and support. Our network is extremely secure and is protected by the World's best firewall.
