Peace of Mind
For years I owned my own linux / cpanel server. Although it was partially managed, it required much attention to keep things running smoothly. The VPS at 247-host gives me the root control without the root headaches. GREAT TEAM!

Stay away
Worst support ever, can't even fix a spamming account when info is given about the spanner. Instead asks me to leave them. Note that I had managed services.

Horrible customer service, lack of features
1) They claim "24/7" phone support on their website. All calls go to voicemail. They do not return calls. Later, I've been told they do not answer phone calls and I should use the ticket system
2) Do not allow as little as 1 backup stored

OK Most Of The Time
They're cheap and OK most of the time, but when the server is down for whatever reason, their support can be unresponsive and it may take them ages to fix the problem.
