M2Host is absolutely SCAM and Cheater. Don't go with them. My site found down more than 48 hours out of 10 days hosting & I cancelled my plan. M2Host is offering UNLIMITED DOWNTIME feature too. No Money Back - Only mentioning in website but not refunding. |

I have 5+ sites hosted with 2mhost. Though it's true that they don't offer phone support, they have EXCELLENT support ticket service. I submitted a support ticket the day after Christmas, and I had an answer in six minutes. |

I have been with 2MHost since 2002. They're not only reliable, but very prompt and helpful when you contact them with a support issue . I also like that they seem to add more upgrades to their packages as time goes on--free of charge to loyal customers. |
