Web Hosting Review: I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with technical support on more than one occasion. Having done so, I am convinced that they have an automated email response system which replies to complaints.

Web Hosting Review: I only have one complaint: after a crash of your responsibility you extended me the host period, but forgot to extend the domain register the same amount and then, suddenly my site was unavailable.
But besides that, it is surely a best value for money.

Web Hosting Review: although I was referred to as an "old customer" to fill out this survey, the 2m folks have been pretty good, and recently incredibly timely with their response times to any inquires. No real major complaints, the web mail could use a better/nicer client.

Web Hosting Review: the service is ok, but not stellar. Pricing has not kept up with recent moves of sites like google. Why pay for hosting w/ 50MB to have an email account at own domain, if google offers 1 MB for free?
