I like their support, but they offer no way to call them, which is alright, but sometimes email and chat are a bother. Other than that they have been perfect. |

Great hosting... extremely cheap and I've almost never had downtime in the 2+ years I have used them. The customer service is a little shaky but they help as best as possible. Keep in mind I only use a very small package so it may be diff for large sites! |

Overall very good. Had a few rare email problems that were hard to diagnose and sporadic, and email server would occasionally disappear from view for a few minutes here and there from the US. But overall very good, esp for personal or small bus use. |
