Pros: You simply can not beat the price. $1.50 per month for web hosting is an incredible deal.
Cons: Customer service is awful. No phone number; all questions go through email or a messageboard. They don't answer all questions. Sometimes don't respond
Company Response: I guess user mean another host as we do not have messageboard while we have 24/7 phone support, number in the header of every page of 2mhost.com!!?

Pros: Great value at low price, very user-friendly file manager, prompt & courteous customer service, almost no downtime
Cons: The only one I can think of is that I would like to be able to delete more than one item at a time. But as a whole, I have been more than satisfied!
