I have lost my email, and had email fail to function 4 times in the last year. Your customer support personnel are marginally trained, and often unhelpful. On two occasions, my support request to fix my email access being down resulted in a complete loss |

My only complaint is customer service - the technical support staff frequently have difficulty understanding the problem, don't always read the whole ticket before responding, and can be unfriendly. |
