All around great hosting service.I would recommend them to most anyone who is looking for a good linux hosting service. With that in mind, my one criticism is support response time. It has been slow on some of my other accounts (at times). |

Not much experience with tech support recently, but my recollection of past support issues left me wishing I could just talk to someone. The back and forth e-mail thing where we just aren't communicating on the same level left a lot to be desired. |
