(1) restore my content from backup
(2) delete the hacker's files

We closed our account in 2002. Starting in Aug 2007 we have received harassing emails saying we owe ADDR since 2003 about $400 even though they admit we have not accessed the account since June 2002. Clearly their billing system is running amuck. |

I closed my acct in 2003 due to poor service, and now, in 2007 they send me an email saying I owe over $400??? They have no idea what they are doing, and practice deceptive billing. |
