I have had a ticket open with their help desk for 4 days and no one is working it. I've been calling their help desk for 4 days and leaving messages - can't get through to no one. I sent an email to the President/CEO - no luck. Are they still open? |

If there is a 404 page not found request it goes straight to Tybit which AIT owns. It has paid links and even lists the domain as available for registration. They are stealing clicks to make ad revenue themselves. They did this without notifying anyone. |

We are hosting with this company for two years. Last 6 months their service is terible. Mail server down every other week . Webserver down very often. They attract you with low price and finally recomend to move to dedicated server: so price will go up 9+ |

I stuck with them and at times defended them for about seven years just because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of switching. The service eventually got so bad there was no choice. I had to switch or lose my customers. Lots of "fun" things happened. |

They will rip you off in the long run with billing "errors" and claims that you went over your alotted bandwidth. Terrible customer support. Rarely do you ever get to speak to a human and e-mail support always passing the buck to someone else. |
