| Company Response: | As of December 1st we switched to Cpanel, from using no control panel. We had given 10 months prior notice that we were taking the old/depreciated servers offline and gave every opportunity for everyone to upgrade with our help. The "downtime" was due to this customer waiting until it was too late. |

| Company Response: | Billing issues were due to massive growth which our former billing software could not handle. We have since switched to ModernBill, which is used by 1000s of hosting companies, and have had very little trouble. Apologies for the billing frustrations prior to MB. |
