I agree, we cant even get equipment out of their site, we keep cancelling the contract and they keep billing us. We cant find them, they never answer the phone. They are therefore a true virtual company. KEEP AWAY THEY ARE BAD. |

Too much downtime and their support is the worst. My company email server has been down over 26 hours and they won't even answer email anymore - of course you can't call. Any problem you have they tell yo to stop bothering them. Search the web & learn. |

They have no tech support to speak of, their tech support voice mailbox is full. Their own website and support console is down.
My site and all of my client's sites are down right now. So is our email.
