I signed up here because of the ASP.net hosting abilities. But their DB's are non-usable. They are timing out all the time.
Support is friendly but delayed.
The service reliable, the control panle is hard to use, server stands in Texas.

I don't believe there is anyone actually running this hosting company. They changed their company name to WebHostASP about 6 months ago and they haven't answered emails or phone calls in the past 4 months. |

I have been using this service since July of this year. Their servers have crashed twice, losing all of my data forcing me to re-upload and QA my site. The "support" department is completely unresponsive and do not have access to all of the items promised |

The control panel is so buggy that it is compeletely unusable. Their customer support is a joke. They won't answer their phone or return your calls if you leave a message. They won't even transfer my domain name to another registrar. |

What a nightmare!!!
I've Paid for three months the Personal Plus plan, which was supposed to have asp.net and frontpage extensions installed.
For my surprise none of them existed. I've sent dozen mails asking for support and no replies for over a month. |
